okay my outlaw isn't idleing and im confused on what the problem is?
also i want to adjust my valves and is there anyone legit service manuals i can buy offline.

 

I went to my dealer and they ordered the service manual for it. It was not cheap (60 bucks) but it came with a pdf cd that has the whole manual with it! Carbs are not my specialty so not sure what to tell you about the idling

 

The needle and seat seem to be real finnicky in these carbs.If mine sits for more than 2 weeks it won't run and i have to pull the carb apart because the needle and seat will stick,not allowing fuel to enter the carb.There is also a screen inside the carb in the fuel inlet which can be blown out with compressed air.I highly recommend getting the polaris service manual (PN9921126) it shows how to work on the carb and adjust the valves.
