Default 96 Xpress 300 Starter Still Wont Work

Cleaned and rebuilt starter, replaced solenoid, checked inline fuse, ok, can cross solenoid and starter works. What am I missing? Everything I try doesnt get that little green start button to start my quad. Please help.

I know Im stumped too. If by "Kill switch" you mean the "Off, Run" switch on the left side bar, Im sure it works. In run position, the lights work and I can pull start quad and it runs normal, and switch to Off and it kills it like normal. Wish I had a wiring diagram.

What happens if you put twelve volts to the solenoid, the small wire which should pull in the solenoid.

Is the solenoid grounded? Do you have a way of checking 12V amp draw?
