Opportunity to buy a 99 sportsman 335

I have an Opportunity to buy a 99 sportsman 335 for $1200. The bad. Needs paint, was already painted black. Needs an oil cooler. Is it worth it?

i sold m 2000 335 for $1800 it had a winch and hand thumb warmers with 7k miles and 600hrs. i think it be a good deal. i miss mine. sorta.
