How many miles on your Polaris and any issues?

05 Sportsman 400, over 4500 miles... no major issues what so ever! Usual maintenance on wearing parts, that's all. Love it!!
98 Super Sport 488 snowmobile, over 9000 miles!!! Engine has never been redone and runs flawlessly! Clutch rebuilt last year. New front suspension, rear needs to be done this year.
I'm a Polaris fan for life!

Chuck, what did they say about the fuel sensor? I have similar issue, stays at 3/4 tank, they told me that the float could be hanging up on the inside, take a hanger and see if you can pull away. Well, that's a Poo shop for yah, and their "ageless" tools and certified fix!! I took the tank off, and you need a surgeon to extract the fuel assembly
good luck. hope this helps.
