Hey everyone I am new here and the the four wheeler world.
Well everyone like the title says I am completely new to this game. I just bought a new 2007 Polaris Sportsman 800 on Thursday. It literally is brand new has never been titled until now. I got a great deal on it I believe. Well anyways I am wanting to know a few things. 1 is I would like to put a lift on it with some 29-30in tires. What lift is best and what tires do work well in mud? This is a toy for the mud so I can keep my truck out of it. I know to keep it very clean by washing everything out of it. Any tips and ideas would be great.

Hey
Gorilla Axle sells a complete 6" lift kit. They are not cheap but other than replacing the occassional torn cv boot they are indestructable. Also, plan on clutching it if you are going with a lift/tires. I ran their 6" lift, Highlifter 29.5" Outlaws, clutch kit, K&N filter, and Aaen pipe on my 05 800. It lived in the mud. Just kept it cleaned/maintained and changed all fluids at least twice a year. Welcome to the forum!
