2005 predator 500 rear axle nut problem

2005 predator 500 rear axle nut problem
I have a 05 predator 500 and i losened the rear axle nut and retightened it to the left(Brake Hub). Ever since i did that the axle nut comes lose and the axle shifts a little bit. If you know if the axle nut should be tight all the way to the right or to the left tight to the Brake Hub, if you have any other suggestions they would be greatly appreciated. thanks.
