Bought a used 2005 sportsman 700 and the fill plug is stripped. Any ideas how to get this out. Is it possible to fill where the breather tube comes out. I can premeasure the fluid anf fill. Thanks for any help you can offer

 

Should be able to fill from the breathier but still want to get the plug out & replace. Try tapping in the next size up allen. If that doesn't work you can tap in an easy out or use a dremel to square it off enough to get a bigger allen in there.
