I have a 2003 500 Sportsman 6x6 and replaced the boot. I see that Polaris fluid will work (of course) but is there anything else besides Type F tranny fluid that will work? Dexron ll? lll? Anything? I am 80 miles from the nearest Polaris dealer and I can't find anyone in my town of 30 people that has a quart of type F.

I had someone pick up a quart of Type F but for the record is there anything else besides Polaris fluid or Type F tranny fluid that would work?
