How heavy are these Big Horns? With only 180 miles on my machine, I'm going to wait until these stockers wear out first, but I'm personally leaning towards the ITP Terracross because my type of riding is fireroads, technical trails, hills and very light mud riding.

I put ITP Terracross on my 550 a couple of qweeks ago and went to the Tn. mountains this past weekend. The riding I do is much the same as IronBear described. The tires are much better than the stock tires. The tires are heavier than the stock tires and you will have to bend the rear swaybar for the rear tires to fit...but it is worth the effort. I am pleased with the Terracross tires so far.

Would the Terracross rub with with the stock size tires ( 25 ) or did you go 26 or 27 inch .
