You could try giving the threads a few wraps with some teflon tape, and screw it back in.

And I wouldn't get a new tank, either, I'd simply drill and tap the tank with the next size up and get a new fitting.

The epoxy didnt cut it...so looks like Im going to have to tap it and hope I can find a fitting that is bigger yet still fits under the plastic...

How long are you letting this stuff set up? Most are gonna have about a 24 hour cure time.

I just did it again and I mixed it till it got pretty firm and I applied a helping this time. Ill let it sit over night and then in the morn check it. I also put a small ring around the fitting using a Epoxy putty just as a back up.
