OK HO lets have the low down :)

You can question someones ability to make a good decision. With you HO, it's always whether or not you can have something before everyone else.

Give me a break.....how do you figure that? You are starting to sound jealous. Is that what this is all about? Now it is starting to make sense. You wish you would have bought a Can-Am don't you(not that there is anythign wrong with your XP)? Or waited and got EPS at least...something is eating at you.

Don't flatter yourself.
Even the mods, you had to have everything first. Even your Outty, you went to the dealer and got yours before anyone else could. lol
Anyways, it's not important I guess. I just wasted a few more posts and both of our's time for nothing.......nevermind.

Does this look like the front suspension is soft and saggy? BTW with me on the machine in that position I couldn't shift my weight enough to get the left rear tire on the ground without the right front coming up off the ground...not what I'd call saggy...maybe even a little too stiff IMO.

Did you get your 14" bighorns yet? I haven't had a set of 12's and 14's on the same machine. What do you think? Make any difference in anything?

I started to get the 12's..I could see the 12's of the same overall diameter being better for climbing over obstacles becasue of the larger sidewall and more ability to bag.

BTW..here is the XP parked on the exact same log(just the log is in a different place now)
As you can see the front suspension gives more than the Outty's...which is better for climbing over stuff IMO. In the pic of the Outty the shock pre-load is set at the middle position, the way it came fromthe factory.
In the pic below the XP s at the min setting. I'll probably turn the Outty all the way down for riding the slow trails that have obstacles. Still don't think it will give as much as the Xp's...but can't sure until I try it.

One other thing to note about the above pictures..the XPs rear end is heavier than the Outtys,so that and the pre-load being on the lowest setting could account for it compressing the front suspension more than the Outty in the above scenario...like I said I was able to shift my wieght and get both rears on the ground on the Outty...but it wouldn't sit like that...as soon as I tied to center my body weight the left rear tire would come back up...what does this mean...you make your own opinions about that. To me it says the Outtys front suspension is a little too stiff for technical stuff,at least on the middle preload setting, not too soft or saggy.
Good maybe for higher speed stuff...but I'll definitely be turning it down for the slower technical stuff.
Is that way of thinkg wrong?
Another view of the XP....
