Anyone own the 2010 Sportsman Touring? If so, what do you think about it?

 

One thing odd about a machine classed as a "Touring" is it has a small 4.5 gal tank thats smaller then what my 500's 5.25 gal gas tank and no larger then the smallest adult Sportsman made the Sportsman 300.

In the sport of snowmobiling a sled with the word "Touring" attached to its name implies long distance comfortabe riding.

Thats not very big tank on any ATV let alone a 850cc especially a 800 lb stretch out touring ATV.

I guess you can just strap the extra jerry cans to it, but there should of been no need to. Arctic Cat manage to put 6.5 gal tanks on the 400 single seaters some how.

 

I think the 500 efi Touring has a 6 or 6.5 gallon tank.
