SnowPlow Time...

60" will be big enough. 72" mightbe a bit large for larger snow falls. i home built a 54" plow. wish ida made it a 60" now. but my 500 pushes it with ease. i did a few driveways last yr. and aslong as you keep the snow from packing down with the car/truck tracks you will easly beable to keep it clean. if you had a longer drive youd be able to get speed and throw the snow farther.
i also agree with stacking the snow. i did it in town next to the garage as there was no place else to put it. and i got it about 6ft tall tell i took the pile down since it was getting to tall. but good luck.

I have a 60" moose and a 72" glacier 2. I have not used the glacier yet. No more than I have invested in the glacier ($225 for blade and pushtube NIB) I figured I would give it a try. I would use the moose for sidewalks and deeper snows. The glacier will be used for driveways and lighter snowfalls. I modified the moose to fit to the glacier 2 xp plow mount. I am reengineering my plow angle to use an electric actuator.

sportsman to xp parts are not interchangeable. if it was sportsman to sportsman it would. id image if you had the same plow and a a mount on each wheeler the plow would work on either or.

The way I understand it the xp mount and pushtubes for the glacier 2 are different than the non xp glacier 2 mount and pushtubes. The bar the pushtubes attach to on the mount plate is bigger diameter and possibly longer.
