I discovered that the wires that send the charge to the front hub for AWD have come out. How can these be put back in. It is a 2000 Polaris Sportsman 500. Thanks.

 

If its pulled completely out of the coil you will have to remove metal sleeve and see if there is enough wire to try to repair and replace with new sleeve. Usually have to replace coil,but you can check,PLUS manual recommended as the sleeve has to be siliconed back in and must be about a .001 clearance between face of sleeve and strut inner casting.

 

I cannot tell where the wires went to, are you saying there is some type of cylinder sleeve the wires go down through? I don't see how I can get access into the area where the wires go to. Thanks for your help so far.
