well, I'd try to take a dremel tool if you have one, and make a groove, so you could get a screwdrive, or an impact driver to try to remove it

i do have a dremel and i will have to keep that in mind as a backup. My uncle who was a small engine mechanic for many years and is going to stop up tomorrow and see if he can get it out tomorrow.
