I cut the one bag open the other night. It was a little corroded but not terrible. I tried to check for any current from the inlet leg of the relay and grounded on the frame and had nothing on the meter. How should I test the relay?

Ok. I am not sure what I did but the fourwheeler has electrical power now. I found that I could hear the breaker click that powers the dc outlet (that is where I am drawing power for the hand warmers from). I am 98% sure that my handwarmers shorted out. I pulled the inline fuse on the handwarmers and the breaker stopped clicking. Before I pulled the fuse I put the multimeter on it and watched what happened when the breaker clicked. The meter would read nothing and then the breaker would pull in for a second and then pop. I would get power for a split second and then drop out. So I disconnected the handwarmers and all is well. So I am not exactly sure what happened but my handwamers dont work, I lost all power, I might have had the kill switch not making full contact in the run position, so hopefully it doesnt happen again but it is working now. Thank you all for the help.

it might be that too much power was being drawn from the handwarmers and other things to overload the bike?? but at least it is an easy fix for ya.
