Going to pull it apart tonight and see what I can do. Went out and plowed some snow and it seems to be a bit better, but not perfect yet.

It has 2 washers behind it. It works fine.
I've seen shim washers on several.
Are we talking about the same thing??
I'm talking shim washers behind the scondary, before it's slid on the shaft.
Maybe you're talking shimming the actual secondary sheeves? (like on a sled?)

Scramblers don't have EBS

Where are you getting your information from? I'm curious.

It sounds like you should remove 1 of the spacers from behind the secondary, Wildman.
Give it a try and let us know if it's better or worse.
those washers are for the offset not for shimming the secondary for belt deflection. and my info comes from POLARIS, I AM A FACTORY MSD TRAINED TECHNICIAN, I work on this **** everyday, I never said scramblers had EBS. any other questions?

Hey relax. I was just asking. No need to get upset.

Why not solve this guys problem then?

The experts are the ones who never get upset.

The 800 belt is .120" wider than the 700 belt, my secondary wasnt set up for it. Order some shims and we will see if that fixes it.

Do not buy their tool, I got burned from them bad, the tool is cheap because they have a hidden 20 dollar shipping fee that they charge you, you dont see the fee untill it is charged on you credit card. I had a few words with them over that, plus the tool is a cheap made version of the real tool. Been there done that have the screwing to prove it
