Thanks Mongrol for the info Quote---You can get the system out of the "wedging" condition without turning the power off to the AWD system, but it is very difficult and not always repeatable. The only true, 100% way to release the clutch is to turn the power off and put the bike in reverse. This will release the pressure on the clutch and the springs inside the clutch will return the rollers back to the neutral position. -----I will try this now that I know what the correct (wedging) terms are. The only part about this problem I have is Im not switching to ADC when the wedging happens.I will have to remember to turn machine off and put it in reverse and report back. thanks again!!! mongrol

Edit..duh I just fully read the excerpt that you quoted. I read your first post and immediately my experience came to mine......anyway yep...that is exactly how I would get mine to release. I think that is just a side effect of the design, your machine likely isn't doing anything that the don't all do.
