Exclamation 05 Polaris Sportsman 500 HO front gear oil

This is my first time changing the front gear oil in my polaris for 1700 miles or like 168 hours most of what is plowing. So i was wondering what kind of oil goes in them. In my previous quads i would just put 80W gear oil in but they didn't have the electromagnets and stuff. I don't have the oiled hubs like the older ones did so i dont want to put to thick of oil in and seize it up or ruin the magnets or something so please help. Also i need a filler cap about how much are they?? THANKS, Polaris Man With Issues

You need Polaris Demand Drive Fluid.

BTW, if you go to the link below and register, you can download the owners manual for your machine.

P.S. You're lucky you haven't had issues with the front diff if you've never changed it in that many miles.

Good luck.
