06 Polaris Hawkeye Awd Not Engaging

Have an 07 Hawkeye AWD. Broke the wire to the front dif. Repaired the wire and changed the dif fluid. Checked it by putting it up on stands and it went into AWD fine but now it won't go out and is in all the time. Help.
