Chad, I'd get those gas cans out of your garage. Buy something to keep them in away from your house. The fumes, from a health and fire safety standpoint are not worth it. I'd get them and the propane tanks outside. Throw them in a large plastic container you can get cheap at any box store. Just keep it out of the sun, so it's not getting baked and cooled day after day.
