I dont have the rear box... my storage is under the seat on my 03 700... Probably going to have to buy a storage trunk for the rear... i want with the seat but i have to figure out how to justify it to the boss... Back to the topic... does anybody have or use any multipurpsose or multi sized tools. for example i just seen today at ace where they had one wrench but the heads rotated and there were 8 differnt sizes. Looked to bulky to me..like it would not fit into anywhere but it did get me wondering if there was anything else like that that might save space and have multiple uses.

I'm surprised nobody has mentioned a spare belt and an ax.

yeah.. spare belt is going to be one of the first things. I am actually going to replace the belt this spring and use the old one as a spare. Ill ad an ax later after i get some more storage but in the meantime i dont plan on going that remote.

I carry a small folding shovel that I got from the Army Navy Store in addition to many of the other items already listed. It comes in handy for digging out of stuff. I have also seen it used as a stake to put in the ground and pull out, but I don't think it would hold trying to pull out an entire atv.

I would add a cheap plastic poncho in the box, for obvious reasons.

Yea, the anchor comes in handy when the crappies are biting.
Along with all the stuff already mentioned that I carry is a ****** block to double the pulling power of my winch. A tree saver strap and a 25 ft tow strap.

I bring a small fridge attached to the rear rack that plugs into my 12v access. connection to keep my beer cold. It's a bit bulky, but it's worth the extra weight.

Ditto on the above- I carry a 1/4 ratchet set that has torx & allen bits, adjustable wrench, 50' rope, small compressor, tire plugs & slime, home made jumpers, tree saver strap, a ratchet strap, lighter, zip ties, water proof Band-Aids and an oven mitt (which I use to feed the winch cable back in, it removes all the crud from the cable and keeps the steel burrs from tearing into my skin) everything fits into a shaving pouch and if it's in deep woods I also pocket my AMT .45 backup 2.5"

Out of everything I carry- I've used the oven mitt & rope the most.
