Default OH NO!!!!!!!!! 98 XPress

Well I bought a 98 Xpress yesterday for my wife and I to ride around with the kids. I knew when I bought it that it did not run due to compression issues..

Well it burnt half the top of the piston and melted a hole in the piston. It looks as though it may have lost oil and gone lean. This thing is already .060 over so there is no mo going overbore.

I need a cylinder and piston combo for this thing. ANy one have one laying around? or even a good running engine laying around for a 98 Xpress 300?

If you do please oh please oh please let me know how much you want for it..
either here or via email at: windsor396@hotmail.com
Thanks

I think you can go .080 on these.
If it was a 250 I have a complete top end ready to go.

Oh we can? Well it only had like 4 hours on it at .060 over. I think it leaned out so I bet it didnt get the carb jetted.. I might look for an .080 over piston ring set.
Do you know where I would find such a piston ring set online?
