Carb help needed.

is the pilot jet the small 1 that requires the small flat screw driver to remove? if it is then no i didn`t remove that 1 for cleaning but i did spray cleaner through it.
I checked the throttle switch and it seems to be fine, I remover the are screw and switched it with the donor carb also blew some carb cleaner into its seat. managed to get the idle a bit lower by re-adjusting the carb but still need the choke to start it.
The quad runs fine I would just like the darn thing to start normally.
