Has anybody had a problem with the stock rims...Mine have a clear paper film coming off of them and the rims getting a dull/film color to them that want come off.....Only hand washed with Dawn...

 

Sounds like the clear coat is coming off. I assume these are the aluminum wheels and not the steel wheels. If you can get all the old clear coat off you and buy spray cans of clear coat and try to recoat them. If its still under warranty I would take it back to the dealer.
