That could have been dangerous.

"OK, young man.... one more time - explain to me how you got an Alien head knife stuck in your thigh while riding your ATV?"

Hey TEXmud you said BURT has a skull on his shifting ****. I found a skull shifter for 15 bucks in the JC whitney catolog but i think it is threaded. Do you know where BURT got his and how he got it on?

I have the skull shifter on my xplorer 400. I bought it from autozone for 17 bucks. It has a button on the side and if you hit it the eyes light up red. It looks awesome at night. It's a very simple installation. Just remove the old *** by taking the cap off and the torx screws. Then take it off. The skull shifter *** uses two allen screws to hold it together. One keeps the head from turning and the other keeps the whole thing from coming off. I used some loctite on the threads to hold it together. It looks cool. I did however take it out in the mud and somehow the eyes got stuck on. They glowed for a little over a week before they shut off. I took it apart and cleaned it with wd-40 and now it works fine.
