I thought I allready posted this but I guess I did not hit the submit button. I am working on this for my neice. I have rebuilt the topend and got it running. It will start and idle good but when you add gas it just boggs down. I need the settings for the carb. Any other ideas would be welcome also.

I would clean the carb making sure the main jet, pilot jet and inlet needle and seat are all clean.Also a good idea to change the fuel filter the original filters on the older 90.would come apart inside the filter and the glue that holds the filter media in place would go to the carb and plug up inlet needle and seat.
