Default 2006 500 HO Sportsman bogging down

Was bogging down when going thru a bit of water. If you go slow enough, no problem. When you speed up and water starts splashing a bit, bike will bog down and almost stall. Now it will bog down over 30 mph on dry land also. Is this a carb issue?

I delt with bogging issue. About a year after the prob started and after many carb rebuilds and go threws on the bike itself and a new belt....after all that it was the buttons in the clutch. Way cheap to get and easy to fix. I wld start at that, if it is not them owell you got new buttons in and one less prob to worry about. Good luck!

i would agree on checking the clutch buttons in the secondary and the belt.
