Cleaning the carb never hurts. New filters and plug, oil change. All sound like a good idea. I suggest an in line fuel filter aswell.

fuel filter was the first thing i done with her the day i bought her.. dealer laughed at me but i showed them a filter after a year and they couldnt beleive it. they dont like inline fuel filters because that means less carb cleaned for the dealers hahaha
