Between the sheaves of your primary where the belt rides at idle is a one way bearing. You should be able to spin it clockwise but not counter clockwise. Also note, Does your secondary spin while at idle in neutral. If so this tells me that the belt is grabbing when it shouldn't.

I can spin the primary both directions and the secondary does spin in N at idle. So I guess the primary (one way valve) needs a rebuild, do you think that fixing the primary will also the fix the belt Grabbing

You say the primary spins both ways. I'm talking about just the bearing that the belt sets on when not revved up. If the bearing spins both ways it would have no affect on the belt grabbing. Although if thats the case it would affect your ebs. ALso need to check your belt alignment. Is the belt riding to one side or the other in the primary? Check for broken or loose motor mounts. Also might just need a shim added or taken out on the secondary.

I agree. check the belt see if it if favoring either side of the primary. Check the one way bearing with the belt off.idle should be around 1150rpm.

Ok I pulled the primary off and the oneway Valve does not spin or rotate I even tried to turn it with a rag and channel locks.

I bought a new primary because there wasn't going to be a big price difference after parts and labor and in stalled it on the bike, the secondary was spinning in N and it looked like the belt was favoring one side so I removed 1 of 3 washers behind secondary, started bike secondary did not spin untell I hit the gas. Then I removed 2 of 3 washers same thing did not spin untell I hit the gas... Then I tried it with all 3 removed same thing...?

I also double checked the motor mounts and there good.

Sounds like your on the right track now. If your secondary isn't spinning at an idle you should be able to shift gears without binding and grinding. So is your problem solved ? When you align the clutches (primary to secondary)try to get them so as the belt rides as close to center of your primary as possible. Watch your belt as the primary grabs it. Is one side grabbing before the other and so on. In a perfect world (as if!) the sheaves of the primary should grab both sides of the belt at the same time creating equal pressure to both sides of the belt.
