That is what I thought also. It is easy to get it one notch out. VERY easy.

everything checked ok, so took the carb apart again. either the diaphram is bad or the part i call the slide is bad. if i move it by hand, the engine runs great. where do i buy these parts....i guess a polaris dealer?
