Unless they have done so recently, I don't think so. I believe all the other branches have units with ATV's or UTV's of some sort.

There were a couple of times I would have liked to have an ATV when I was in the SEALs... but that was in a time before ATV's

I believe he's referring to the polaris MV700 & MV800- they were specifically made for the military by polaris- The MV800 was made in 2007- a 40 hp EFI stripped down sportsman basically...

Yep, I'm familiar with the machine, only because my son is very familiar with the machine. Again, I don't think the USMC uses them, unless they have just started to do so.

Wouldn't have done us much good back in the Mekong Delta.

maybe a set of stilts and a hydroplane (with turrets of course )

I like this forum for alot of information on polaris but snow and mud is a good one when you want to know about general upgrades or mods and some of the information on there just makes you laugh and shake your head.
