explorer 4x4

Default explorer 4x4

I have a 250, 2000 polaris explorer 4x4 that the 4x4 went out, checked everthing that I can think of,, any suggestions???

Check gray/brown hub wire connections under front panel for each side. if ok check that 12 volts is reaching hub coil. If have power,then I would check for worn/sticking armature plates behind the hilliard assy. If hubs are dry,then add hub fluid,jack up front and rear of machine,see if front tires kick in when in awd mode. Chek for any hub or strut seal leakage.
