Southern Ontario average ride 4 to 6 hours 60 to 80 miles don't ride in the winter as I'm on the 1200 ride from my driveway don't trailer .

maybe I'm wrong here, but wouldn't a set of Gorilla axles have solved his problems early on? AND, he admitted that most of the problem was self inflicted! I wish him well with the CanAm, but I hardly think a color change will solve his problems!

You could be right he posted what tires he was running said they contributed to his problems 29.5 Laws fronts and and 32 Backs .

that tire combo doesn't even make sense

I've had 29 laws on my outlander- never snapped an axle.
I'm not saying axles don't snap but, after the second failure- I'm reevaluating my riding technique and making changes and if I'm a dealer who's just replace over 2 axles- I'm calling foul.
I can't comprehend snapping 17 axles in one year- Can't imagine why he thought it was strange the dealer wouldn't help him- no one is going to replace 17 axles on any atv in one year.

Warranty is void as soon as you put bigger tires on it-
