Through Polaris parts are sold separately, probably just needle and seat plus I would replace bowl gasket.Through Kand L,Tucker Rocky,Parts Unlimited ,you can probably get aftermarket kits with jets,n/seat and all gaskets,o-rings for about the same price,if DEALER has accounts with the suppliers OR you can check on line yourself. Some like me call them needle and seats, actually under parts list its referred "needle valve assy" only has the needle and screw in seat or "valve" from Polaris. Doesn't come with the small fiber washer , washer is sold separately. Yes the "packing float chamber" is the carb bowl gasket. OPT

Needle valve assy (needle and seat) the same on all 400 2-strokes,but different models have different jet sizes which won't matter to you,UNLESS you want the kit with jets also. Old Polaris # 3130495 needle valve assy supercedes to #3131385 on 94 models and up. Should be the same for the aftermarket kits, really doesn't matter if they have the old or new style, will work, just screws in. OPT
