Holy K---rap, I had one arm break off my Polaris sled primary clutch, it did more than just pop, it almost went through the bottom of the belly pan, hard to believe your cover didnt explode and put several large metal chunks into your leg.

I have the same problen with by bro quad. the clutch blue up. do you know of a way to get the clutch off with out the too?

I haven't tried yet, getting the boat fixed first.

welcome to the forum. you need the screw clutch puller to gewt the clutch off as long as you can take the center bolt out and assuming it's still thier just screw the puller in and use an impack and tighten it and it should pop right off and your ready to replace.
