boat motors are clean 2-strokes???
not only does it cost twice as much to upkeep & repair a 2 vs. 4 stroke stern drive or powerhead- they have been banned on many lakes because of the noise, pollution & epa regs!
I'm a boater- I've owned jet skies & ski boats my whole life- currently own a 2006 sugar sand jet boat powered by a 240hp mercury m2 efi 6 cy 2-stroke- even the cleanest running 2-strokes run dirtier than a properly tuned 4 stroke.

well somebody said you cant trust magazines for that reason and all im saying is motocross action is the most honest and blunt ive ever read. they've pissed off almost every major manufacturer at one point because of them telling it like it is

That's a subjective statement-
They might be honest in their reporting, or they might not. But every article has a different author / writer- and every writer has a personal bias, one way or the other.
Unless you've done the research for yourself- you can't say they are the "gospil" of mx reporting...
