Default How to remove handle grip?

So I need to get to my on/off switch cluster and need to remove my handle grip. What's the best way to do that? Heat gun? Also what do you use to re-attach it back in place.

if you have an air compressor with a blow gun or air fitting just blow air into hole in end of grip swells right up and off she comes!!! surprising how easy it makes it!!

yup air is the easiest way by far stick your air gun in the hole and plg the other side with your finger just reverse it to put them back on

x2 - compressed air will slip them right offand back on again.

you might have to use a heat gun if they were cemented on.

Might also want to use a little hair spray on the bars when you put the grips back on. Or if you have a wife or girlfriend that frowns on that sort of thing, you can buy grip glue.
