So I was searching around for lift kits and found this;

I bought a lift kit for my Harley off ebay and it werked horribly....eventually called it a $45 blunder and moved on.

would this item above be such a blunder?

I can see the black threaded pieces prolly go on top of the struts/shocks.
But what are the zig zag pieces and the plates? where would they install ?
I imagine they are the parts for the rear end lift but whaere do they fit?
