Well Im pretty sure that I found the problem. I added a piece of hose to that breather line, turned the gas on and watched as fuel flowed through the hoses and onto the floor. The carb came out and apart and I found this..




The jet was still in place but the float arms were just hanging there and that piece that holds the jet to the arms was in was loose.

 

I'd still rebuild the carb,you don't want to have to keep going back in,especially since you have it apart! OPT

 

That's what Im gonna do. Any clue as to where I would get the float arm from?

 

Cycle Parts Warehouse Just look at your model and shows the parts you need plus the prices are cheaper than the dealers. OPT
