Its a special edition Metallic brown.. looks better in person. I like it.

As for steel wheels, plastic, any kind of painting, its all about prep work. Take your time, sand it so the primer has something to grab on to, it should work fine.

Update:
1 day of hard wheeling in the mud flats... the outer lip got "sanded" off spinning the tires in the mud.. too bad.. oh well still looks good.
