Kinda what I thought! It's a KASEA Blazer 90! Still think they share mostly the same parts,BUT you can do a search on Kasea engine parts. Kasea,Eton, and Aeon engines were very similar(although there may be some difference on rod length, pistons??),plus the bodies were different! I'll call the old shop and see what I can dig up. I'm thinking that it was Kasea (instead of Eton) that supplied engines on the the first model Polaris 50s and 90s,but could be wrong! PLUS A&J parts handles major parts for Kasea. OPT

Thank you so much OPT. I really appreciate all your help in figuring my junk out. Sorry it's not a polaris like I thought. I did take it out to a buddys pasture and rode the snot out of it. It's ok for the kids for now but I'm sure I'll rebuild the motor and clutches. Thanks again.

you never specified what model year you have.the choke circuit is applying itself when when you load up on throttle.OPT would know how to explain it better than I.I really believe I'm correct on this one because all that i went through (this is all providing that you have a 2001,the only year an electric choke was used!!

im also having the same issues with my scrambler 90, i ordered a new carberator with manual choke and also new reeds. i really hope it works when i get them.

Try blocking off the air box air tube with your thumb and see if it cranks up easier, before you replace the carb. Most of the electric chokes didn't ever work properly to begin with. OPT

ive tried everything, and blocking the airtube didnt make any difference what so ever, i got the quad givin to me bc they couldnt figure it out and ive tinkered with it for a week and yesterday it decided to run great me and my son rode it around without issues and now its back to not wanting to run.
