there pretty easy to install. they have good instructions to go by, but if you run into any issues, just post a question for help.

they are easy to install- figure at least 4 hours and 3 trips to the hardware store

just kidding- time consuming, but easy.

I don't know where the battery is on your quad but my battery on the X2 is kind of in a difficult area. When I was making my final connection to the positive terminal my wedding ring touched both the post and the engine block. Nothing quite like a gold ring wrapped around your finger glowing red hot and having to pull it off. Lost about an 1/8" of flesh off my ring finger. So, if your battery is in a difficult spot take any rings off your hands.

Thanks for The heads up that sounds like more pain than I want to go through. It's something that you just don't think about. But that should help me to remember.

Congrats on choosing the winch! You won't regret it! I invested in a winch then saved up for a plow. It's a good setup and saved my back from having to shovel the driveway!

I got The winch in and got it installed. Looks great and was not to difficult. Just had to drill out a couple of holes on The mounting hardware they were smaller than The bolts that came with The winch, but I figured it better to use The bigger bolts and take The time to drill than to use smaller bolts. Will post pics when I figure out how to. Thanks.
