Just wondering if I'm holding the world record for having warranty work done on my Quad. It's been since Feb,14,01 and it's suppose to be ready this tuesday if they get it running properly.

Slow is not the word. I don't think these guys have any parts in their shop. I'm getting very ****-off but what can I do about it? Nothing but wait.

I would ask them if they will honor the warranty for 7 months instead of the normal 6, considering that you couldn't drive it for a month. If I remember right, wasn't yours needing to be fixed due to a casting flaw, rather than something breaking while you were riding it? I would think they should do that.

No, that isn't the record. My brother was supposed to put a carb kit in my old high school car (1971 Dodge - no Al Bundy jokes, please) when I started driving it (in 1985). I was a Sophomore at the time. Dad even bought the parts. It tured out to be quicker to take auto shop my Junior year, and do it then. I guess technically, I have been waiting for 16 years. Too bad the car was sold about 10 years ago, as my brother probably is about ready to start on it.

Hi! Farmr123, I had engine damage from a blown piston skirt. Think I'll drive to the dealer to-day,(45min drive) and put some pressure on those guys. Ummm...Just a thought, maybe that's your brother working there, Oh No...:-)

Hey ZoomZoom,
It must be a west coast thing with Polaris dealers, I have the same luck down here in washington, I took my magnum in to get the speedo replaced, and it took a solid week! Hell, I put the first one on myself in under an hour.
