Default Looking for an engine oil cooler for 2003 trail boss 330

Anyone out there have an oil cooler for a 2003 trail boss 330? They don't manufacture them anymore and I can't find a used one anywhere. Have the cash, just can't find the part.

Thanks,

Strange, but seems this is the case.Polaris shows this to be NLA along with Cheap Cycle Parts and Cycle Parts Warehouse. Unless yours was damage in a wreck the most problems were leaking at the inlet and return nipple block and can be brazed. Only thing I can think of is if a radiator shop would work on em or used ones on Ebay. Plus you can check out this aftermarket one. Thanks for the tips. I had a line break and when I tried to remove the old hose, the block broke off the top. First turn of the wrench, weird. I took it to a radiator shop. They tried to braze it, but no luck. Tried jb weld, that didn't work either. I found one on ebay from a 2009 trail boss. According to Polaris it's not supposed to fit, different part number. It was identical to mine. Weird thing is, mine doesn't look anything like what it's supposed to according to all the diagrams on the internet. Anyway, oil cooler problem is fixed, (thanks once again ebay). There's something weird about this quad. I had a stripped bolt on the rear hitch. Polaris didn't change the bolt from 93-2012. I ordered a new one from the dealer and it didn't fit. The diameter is too large and the bolt is too short. I have bolts from a 97 trail boss and they're too large also. I had to get one at a hardware store, but I'm not sure if it will hold up considering where it's located. You loosen the bolts when you tighten the chain. They hold the rear axle in. Any ideas on why the bolts won't fit?

Thanks,
Dana

It's just a stand sae bolt #7521576. Just take the one good bolt you have and match it up at Ace or any good hardware store. OPT
