Usually you have to take it in,but depends on the dealer and distance.If it's warrantied the main thing dealers need is the vin # so they can process the claim. If Polaris still doesn't want the old ecm modules,they could possibly mail the new one to you. We did in the past for customers if they weren't able to make it in.. OPT
