Finally got a replacement ECM and installed it. What do you know... all my lights, gauges, etc. work after all! It's turning over now as it should with my key, but it's not getting fuel to the carb, so I'm going to start trying to figure out what's going on with that. Thanks!

Glad you finally got the ecm problem out of the way! Hopefully you just need to clean the carb and jets and be on the trails. OPT

If I have fuel running freely from both lines and it won't come out of the outlet line to go into the carb from the pump... then is my pump bad? Can you rebuild these or even clean them of would I be better off just getting a new one?

You can clean the diaphragms and inlets of the pump.Could be just trash/varnish build up. Repair kits are available if diaphragms need replacement. OPT
