Default 2007 330 trail boss carburetor problem

My four wheeler is running a little rough. Does anyone know what the jets are suppose to be set to? I need to know how to set all the jets inside the carb I got it all in pieces and tried to fix it. Thanks.

Welcome! You don't "set" jets. Just clean em up to where you can see through the main and pilot jet and blow through carb openings and reinstall them. Sometimes just cleaning and not replacing worn parts doesn't help. Best to do it right by either cleaning the jets and replacing the needle and seat or just get a Moose carb kit that contains most of the parts.Make sure the float assembly is parallel with the carb body when you hold the carb upside down. You can adjust by slightly bending the float needle tang if needed. The fuel/air mixture screw setting is capped off by a plug and on the 325 and 330 atvs, they were usually set a little too lean from the factory and most are cold natured and slow to warm up without leaving the choke on a while. This can be remedied by removing the plug and resetting the mixture "IF" the carb cleaning/rebuild doesn't solve most of your problems. OPT

I can't find an exact rebuild for my year but I found a carb rebuild kit for a 2003 to 2005 trail boss 330 some of the parts don't look the same. Will it work? Or do you know where I cand find the exact one?

If the kits are a couple years different than yours I wouldn't take the chance because jets, etc could be different in the kits. Try Moose carb kits,if they don't have one for your year model then here is about the cheapest place online for oem parts.Dirt Cheap Yamaha, Honda, Arctic Cat & Polaris OEM Parts & Accessories – Cycle Parts Warehouse The MAIN thing you need is the needle and seat (needle valve assembly) and bowl gasket. The jets you have can be cleaned and reused!

I'd use Polaris AGL,or any oil that's rated for chain driven gear cases(if you can find it). NO 80/90 gear oil or anything thick. OPT
