I have to replace the swing arm bushings on my son's 92 350 trailboss 4x4. Does anyone know if the complete clutch setup has to be removed and if so, will I need special pullers to remove the pulleys?

Yes you have to take off the clutchs along with the backplate(behind the clutchs). Then you will be able to unscrew the nut holding the bolt.I bought a bolt that screws in the front clutch, then cut the head off a smaller bolt that fits in the hole.Put the smaller one in the hole then tighten the other bolt, tapping on the bolt with a hammer a couple of times and it should pop out.On the older models that have not had the clutches taking off,it might be harder.Hope this helps.
