i have a 94 sportsman 400 2 stroke. i had to put in a new coil. first time did not set right and the armerter plate scared up the roll cage that holds the clutch. now have pole gap set right magnet holds armerter plate fine. the problem i am haveing is when i have the four wheel drive button on the left side is working fine but the side i have been working on is not turning as fast. when i turn the four weel drive button off the right side is turning still while the left side in not like it is suspose to. just wandering if i need a new roll cage or spring are the wholde set up what gives.also right before this happened i put on brake and left side stoped while rt side still turning. i jaked up bike put parking brake on with motor stopped and both front brakes were holding fine. any help would be very helpfull

Yes Way to tight1st thing tourqu spindel nut to 160 to 170 " lbs while rotating hub continuously.back nut of 1/5 turn rotate axel several reveloutions by blocking up machine and rotating rear axel while in gear. re-tourqe nut to 108 to 114 "lbs DO NOT GO OVER 144"Lbs and always tighting nut till cotter pin goes through the hole never exceed 144"lbs.
